Keeping Karlach alive (Act 3, spoilers)

Is anyone aware of a way to keep her engine from burning out? I'm a fair bit through Act 3 and nothing has made itself apparent, I'm just trying to make sure that I haven't missed anything obvious or important. I gave the 2 iron, one in Act 1, one in Act 2, but that was about it.

I suppose that saving her was a "cut content" or maybe patch. Because you can collect a lot of infernal iron, but nowhere to use it.

Unfortunately there's no happy ending for her romance in the current state

the only way to save her is convincing her to go to Avernus, either with Wyll (if you do certain things along his path) or alone otherwise, she will die, no matter what

Don't think you can unless it's super hidden. She's too broken anyway if you use the coins. But I kinda agree with the above comment, we have way too many infernal irons that have no use.
