Gut: Hold Person, surround with melee fighters.
Razglin: There's rafters above him. Climb up and rain death. If someone else climbs up, shove them off for fall damage. Burst him down since he's the biggest threat. Then the Booyahgs.
The last one whose name I always forget: Just gank and shank, they go down easier than gut and then you just have 1-4 goblins and a scrying eye to clean up depending on your timing.
Save the drow for last because (edit: removed because spoiler tag wasn't working)
The drow, there is an explosive barrel upstairs I think, I placed it in front of him and got Gale to summon a cat and meow, everyone went to it and boom, all should be dead apart from the drow which will be easy enough to finish.
Gut and her lot were immediately hostile despite them being unaware of what has happened, afaik. Can get ranged users above onto the rafters and hide the melee characters near the bottom of the ladder. Braziers dangling above her head, grease potions, can get creative.
Just the ways I went with, there are tons of other weird ways to go about things
