How to not be a naked barbarian?

I've long since sold my starting gear, and have been wearing medium armor until level 4. Now with my new stats and some bracers of defense I can supersede that AC with unarmored defense, but my barbarian is now naked. Is there anyway to toggle on my camp clothes or put on anything that doesn't count as armor so I'm not running around in a cape and some tighty whities like I'm a 5 year old pretending to be Superman?

Look for Clothes. There are lots of gear pieces that don't count as armor.

There's a button in the top right of your inventory menu where you put on apparel that lets you hide armor for camp clothes / underwear.

lol 'clothing' like wizard robes for example counts as unarmored and yes you can toggle your camp clothing via a little icon above them if you hover over them in your inventory

yeah you will find another ac10 thing that doenst count as armor in time. there are not *that* many, so meanwhile you might have to run around in tighty whities

Loincloths never go out of (barbarian) style!

Any item with an AC of 10 is clothing, and is therefore okay to wear.

just say screw it and embrace the Nudity.

Make sure you have the nudity option on and just walk around without clothes. It's liberating!
