How do you *easily* throw a spear or pike?

I currently have a pike equipped and to throw it, I need to go into my "paperdoll" view, then select the weapon with the LMB and choose "Throw" from that menu. Is there any way I can put this action on the quick bar or is there a quicker way to access the "Throw" action of an equipped weapon. Not throw another object but throw the current weapon you have equipped.

bonus action (the orange triangle thingie) - throw - object you wanna YEET at enemy

you can throw spears pikes or javelins in your inventory but the one you have currently equipped? idk if theres a way other than from the menu. not sure why youd want to either since its a full action to reequip something. Unless youre just going for cool, which is fair i suppose

is a Feat that auto returns a Thrown weapon at lvl4

You can possibly drag weapons you can throw to the items-hotbar (righmost)
