Game crashes every few minutes
The game crashes every few minutes, or sometimes lets me play for 10-15 untill it crashes again. The error is: "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED", Reason - "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG". PC Specs below:

12700kf
3080ti
32gb RAM DDR5
m.2 NVME SSD

I tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, updating drivers, rerolling drivers, running sfc scan, updating any software i could, updating my Windows, running the game on lowest settings possible, running with and without DLSS. The game runs great, 144fps, max settings, 2k res, GPU usage barely reaches 80%. Even tried capping frames, disabling/enabling Vsync, underclocking my GPU, overclocking it, running default clocks. Pretty much everything in the books - i tried it, nothing helps.

Its hella weird too, i was playing with 2 mates that had lower spec machines, and they have absolutely 0 crashes. I also had the same crash on Resident Evil 4 Remake and Remnant 2, never got fixed, never found out what caused it. I hope the devs at least aknowledge this, and doesnt ignore it like RE4 devs did

Can you come back to this thread after playing like an hour, and tell me if it did in fact save you from crashes? At this point im not even hopeful to try different fixes/settings, lol, feels like i've tried everything humanly possible

he said faulty, not not enough. your ram is possibly bad

If its not the ram though, heres some things you can do to help
-make sure your graphics drivers are up to date as well as directX if youre not using vulkan
-Go to NVIDIA control panel > 3 D settings > manage 3 D settings. Program settings > add the.exe file of the game > set the power management mode to prefer maximum performance. Click on Apply, close the control panel, launch the game and check if it helps.

Also i'd wager if my RAM was faulty, i'd have problems with other games too? My 450gb 1500 mods skyrim doesnt crash, but no balduring the gate for me it seems :D

Those are the kind of comments which make me ignore the entire thread.
Thanks for saving my time.

Same with DX11 error. Nothing helps and no answer from Larian support. I am trying for a refund now...so sad.

You change the refresh rate in-game or 3rd party software?
