I'm not sure how accurate this still is but it tells you what you get when doing so.
https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Classes#Multiclass_Proficiencies
but as the other person said you will be missing out on a feat/ASI if dipping, and as a caster you definitely want at least 1 ASI to up your casting stat and then either a 2nd one or a half feat to get that casting stat 20 or smth like war caster or maybe spell sniper?
sorcerers get to enjoy starting out with con save proffiency tho so they dont need to spend a feat on resilient(war caster would be nice tho, advantage AND profficiency on concentration checks is nice)
Resilient Dexterity, Magic initiate, Elemental Adapt, Spell Sniper and a few other feats to consider. https://baldursgate3.wiki.fextralife.com/Feats
https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/sorcerer
and
https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/Sorcerer#content
ofc it doesn't have all subclasses etc, as it's only the SRD ( or what ever they call the open license these days )
Still it seems you trade in an ASI and a sorcery point
