storm sorcerer dip for wizard

i know these classes dont go together at all but would it make any sense to put one of gales levels into storm sorcerer just for tempestuous magic? i love the mobility but would it even trigger for wizard spells? and how will the one sorc spell slot work? can i use it for wizard spells and just take 2 sorc spells that dont depend on charisma?
