Genitals, Gender, or Body Type???

Which one determines your sex scenes and ARE there even different scenes or does everyone get the same exact scene?

I've been googling like crazy and cannot find the answer.

Well I have a female body type with Male selected as gender and Male genitalia so hence the confusion on wut i'll get if there even are different types of scenes, but apparently there are, but I still am curious wut the determining factor is.

i played as a female body with a dong and all the sex scenes played out as if i was just a man with a dong, so i got the doggystyle and threesome scenes but it would have been nice to get the option to top or bottom.
