Turn off quest markers?
There are certain quests I don't care to do, because of how I want to play my character. For example: I don't wanna help Karlach. I don't even use Wyll.

Yet, there seems to be no way of turning off quest markers on the map? Is this really not a thing? You have to complete the quest to get rid of the quest marker?

It is baffling how much detail they put in the game but don’t have an option to turn them off

Nope cant turn them off. I dislike it simply because it spoils new areas by highlighting exactly where you need to go, hopefully it will be added soon :)
