Why no one complain all the female characters can't stay platonic either?

I see 3 or 4 posts pretending that they are simply "frustrated" by the male NPC in games coming on to their MC with flirty intend, and making these supposed simply concerned gamers uncomfortable, lamenting the "supposed agenda". yet we don't see anyone making essays talking about how all the female characters do the same thing?

Let's talk about La zel, this woman straight up said she want to r*pe you after like 2 or 3 convo. yet i don't see anyone writing essays here on the forum talking about how this make them feel uncomfortable.

Or How about the drow woman? You met her once told her the locations of grove, she proceed to massacre everyone, and the very same evening she want bang you and cuddle after. Wow all in the spam of a single day, did that make you "uncomfortable"? was that coming on too strong?

i see a lot of this isn't really them saying they want a good ol fashion "bromance", is they are pretending that it is anything but their homophobia, and if you really that unconformable play a female MC then?

It's also very sad that these male gamers are so uncomfortable regarding fictional man hitting them and automatically think they are shoving "gay" agenda down their throats, yet they never considered once these dialogue options were written in mind without really a male or female MC in mind, you only think it's gay when you playing a male MC, but in reality it's not, when you play a female MC, and vicer versa, playing a female MC make all the female NPC lesbians, yet no one again complain about that,

none of the dialogue in game are specifically made for a male or female MC, all the NPC hit on the player MC regardless of gender, it's only gay if you playing a male MC and male NPC flirt with you, but it's not gay if you playing a female MC, however it is gay for a female MC to get flirt on by a female NPC. yet you don't' complain about that.

Because, for the most part, men (the majority of people attracted to this game) tend to hang around men and for most in current western society having a woman be part of a broship is more rare, I do wish Karlach had more of a friend arc but oh well.

Some male characters too would benefit greatly from a friend to help them without carrying more complexity like a relationship does, like Wyll or Gale.

The reason is simple. Most gamers are men. Most men are heterosexual. So most complaints will be from heterosexual men about what they find most annoying which will be men coming on to them too easily more than women. That's not to say some of these men have not complained about the type of easy women in the game. There have certainly been a few. They're just going to be more rare because among the heterosexual audience you have those who fancy easy women and those who don't. I think the number who don't are rising. I'm a gay man and I find every companion in game repulsive for various reasons. Gale being the most likable. Other fella has a fiend as his patron and he thinks he's doing good work in her name....not something I find appealing.

You chose the two worst examples :D
La'Zel does this, because its her character. She was raised to "take what she wants" from other races, as their are superior. She comes from a racist community and thinks she can take what ever she wants.

Same goes for the Drow Woman. She is from a part of the Drows who are more like that...

This does not happen because they are Women, it happens because of their race. Would they be males it would be the same...

On another note, I'd probably complain about those two if not for the fact I mostly ignore Lazel and KILLED the drow woman.

They were written to be crazy. So you'd expect crazy.

It would be a problem if its Wyll since he is written to be "Heroic noble lineage guy" Bloodline problems and all that would get in the way.

Personal opinion, I think the whole S** thing is a little too much for ACT ONE. It's ACT ONE! WHY ARE YOU ALL ALREADY <3 LIKE RABBITS?

My stingy self hasn't even Long Rested 4 times and some of them are already being shady! The real irony here is that the two people (aside from Shadowheart who refuses to say anything meaningful) with horns are the two least horniest people.

but there is, the issue here is they call that "agenda" driving when it isn't the dialogue options and the ease of the "s*x" was never a gender specific, they just wrote the options in and it's only feel gay if the player MC is a male and male NPC, but the problem can be easily resolved if thye just use a female MC, then they wouldn't feel "gay" right? but then again they would run into the the problem of all the female relationship options is now gay, yet there are no complains about that.

The sisterhood is a myth. Now that we got that out of the way.

The 3 female options are crap as friends:

- Shadowheart carries too much emotional baggage, to the point there's only 3 moments in act 1-2 where she shows genuine concern for you... for comparison Asterion who I wish I could friendzone in a less harsh way, cared for my characters well being 5 times.

- Laz is too full of ideology and righteousness that any form of friendship is imposible, she only has 4 needs that she demands to be fullfilled and none of them are caring for the player character outside of the tadpole.

-The drow Mith is well...exactly what you'd expect from a Loth drow, she isn't as bad as they get but she isn't a nice person...she does show concern for the player character, but it's romantic in interest, I assume most people didn't destroy the grove yet snd that's why no one wants her as just a friend in your search for power. Admitedly my character is also a Loth drow so idk how a dwarf qnd her would be dynamically, lot's of drow specific dialogue.
