did u friend also get it ?
Some notable exceptions tho, one that i definitly noticed is cause on a 3 player playthrough, my other friends wanted to control only their main characters, so i was left to choose a companion to control, i choose my girl Shadowheart, and i got an achievement for giving her a Night Orchid, which my friends did not get.
However your individual actions can give everyone else the achievements too...exemple, i always read all the books i find, and everyone got the Bookworm achievement when i was reading the books.
As for Zelk, i'm assuming you mean Commander Zhalk, the demon with the flame blade at the end of the prologue? i got that achievement on a 4 player playthrough, and all of us got that one simultaneously, we all attacked the demon ad dealt some damage to it one way or another.
So clearly, some achievements are more specific to your own actions even on multiplayer, but it seems most achievements seem to be globaly shared with your friends on multiplayer.
