I need Spoilers about Vlaakith
I don't care about spoilers I cannot make up my mind. What happens if I give blaakith the artefact, what happens if I don't? Also what will this stop me from taking other paths to cure the infection?

Regardless however you decide, the Gith will try to kill you in the afterwards. However, if you try to kill your Guardian that will have reprocussions later on.

She'll ask you to purify it and kill the occupant inside the artifact, which is your "guardian" that first saved you when you fell out of the nautiloid.

regardless of if you try to kill the guardian like she ordered (or let the guardian live) she will still give the order to the inquisitor to have you killed baceuse you are a danger to her reign

Good to know.

How's Lae'Zel reacting depending on your choice? Feel free to use spoilers again ^^

i actually haven't wiped out the entire creche yet (you are kinda forced to because after the inquisitor everyone attacks on sight, so i don't know yet if lae'zael will give additional conversation, it's also not like i still have an open quest for it.

what she did say after partially wiping the gith creche so far as that she still thinks vlaakith is testing her and she can convince her she is not a traitor

i suspect that eventually you'll be able to fully turn lae'zael away from vlaakith

Okay, thanks. Will see once I'm there.

I would regret if that situation would rob me of a valuable character.

Necroing the thread because I have a question. Can you NOT give her the artifact?
You can enter the backroom by stealing the key from the captain, so you don't have to show her you have the artifact.

She cannot take the artefact from you, no. She does give you a non-standard game over if you mouth off to her a bit too much though.

So how do you continue the quest if you don't give her the artifact?
How does the dialog go if you go in by stealing the key?

The normal way would be showing the captain the artifact, then her telling you to meet the inquisitor. So it makes sense that they know you have the artifact.

But if you to the inquisitor's room by stealing the captain's key, they don't know you have the artefact? How does the scene go at that point?

My guess they’ll know about it anyway. I didn’t show anyone the artifact but somehow when I talked to the captain (with Laz) she knew about it.

Same in the Last Light. I deliberately kept it hidden but then I’m getting dialogs with people somehow knowing I have it.

She is a lich that eats the souls of her loyal subordinates while telling them the soul eating ritual is some sort of ritual of honorable ascension or some ♥♥♥♥ along those lines. There is no reality in which she is not going to screw you over the microsecond it becomes slightly convenient to do so. She would sell your soul to the eternal torments of hell for a KitKat bar.

I turned on Vlaakith and Lae'zel got pissed, briefly left the party, rejoined, and dumped me. She eventually came around after a few persuasion checks and I ended up dating someone else.
