The quest objective is "Defeat Orin - We need to slay Orin to claim her netherstone".
Many hours ago, before killing Gortash, I went to Baal's temple, and a scene with Orin started, but I loaded an early save and turned back cause I wanted to kill Gortash first; I did it, but now she wont spawn and I can't complete the game.
It's just following me around like a headless chicken
Kinda, I'm able to get Orin's netherstone and proceed with the game main story, but the kidnapped character is still in the altar, I'll have to leave her behind (Lae'zel in my case).
What you do is:
1 - Download and install CheatEngine
https://www.cheatengine.org/downloads.php
2 - Download the Baldur's Gate 3 Fearless cheat codes:
https://fearlessrevolution.com/viewtopic.php?t=13996
3 - Select the game process in "File - Open process" and load it, keeping the cheat list
4 - Find the cheat in the list:
Console commands -> Register commands -> Testing stuff -> Miscellaneous -> Set flag
5 - double click the "<script>" on that line, to edit the script of that cheat.
6 - On line 9 or 10, there will be a valor that starts with "local uuid", change that whole line to the following (Don't break the line, put all the following in the same line):
local uuid = "19065fd0-7583-4866-ba65-211420fde7a2" --Debug_GLO_EmperorPrelude_GetOrinStone
7 - Click "ok" at the bottom to save the changes in the script, and select the box of the "Set flag" cheat on the list.
If done correctly, as soon as you mark the box, a cutscene will play on the game, as if you had just killed Orin, receiving her stone and updating the quests.
EDIT: I've found a bunch of other flags that *should* free the victim but I wasn't able to make them work:
--local uuid = "8dca8ba2-f2ca-44ca-b966-75ff7d839075" --LOW_BhaalTemple_State_SpokenToAbducteePostCombat
--local uuid = "985bbeec-3d2b-4e0f-9bc4-1e12410a758a" --LOW_BhaalTemple_State_WithersAwakenedVictim
--local uuid = "cedc10cf-2d82-496e-ad98-83ea5a7b3565" --LOW_BhaalTemple_Event_VictimAwakened
*The "--" at the start just disables the line in the script, there can be only one enabled at a time*
