Is full plate armor a myth?
I know I'm taking my time here, only level 4, still in the first area, but I've run across 6 merchants or so in various camps groves and hideouts and no one has any for sale.

As you get to higher levels they start selling better gear.
arround level 3-4 when you start seeing good Green Heavy Armor.

You can reset the vendors inventory with a Long rest.

i bought a bunch of Gear that way.

Thanks, I guess I'll just save before a rest and warp around to vendors to see if I can get something that would make up for the loss in dex bonus.

It's rare that you actually have to buy armour and such.

The best loot you find on enemies and secret locations.

Merchants mostly have mediocre stuff.

You can get chainmail at the armorsmith in the Grove at least, which is good enough for a while.

Thats true for mostly Weapons and sometimes gloves.
But HEAVY Chest Armor ? yeah good luck with that.

im 30 hours in Act 1 almost 100% cleared the whole place and i mean totally cleared with a comb even the last piece of sand... And you only get a good HEAVY Chest Armor from the vendors.

And some green Bows for some of my companions.
