Then when I got to her I pre-cast Silence into the area where she spawns. When the fight began she failed the saved and was not able to immediately split into copies.
From there I cast Flaming Sphere right next to her using my wizard, and Spiritual Weapon using Shadowheart. Ran Karlach (sp?) into the fray along with the zombie (Shadowheart's) that I used to trigger the fight, while having my undead archer up off to the side. My wizard and Astarion chucked spells / arrows, respectively.
The hag got out of the Silence circle just in time for Karlach to finish her off. It was really quite easy.
Granted I waited until level 5 to do the fight, so I was able to do this.
1. Sneak attack by Astarion.
The battle triggers, the hag goes invisible.
2. Fireball from Gale makes her visible and takes a good chuck of HP.
3. Eldritch blast.
4. Guiding bolt.
She dies.
No prebuffs, no consumables. Didn't even use all of my actions, but I was 5 lvl.

1. Spore druid - Cast flaming sphere to follow her around, while also hitting her with shillelagh and hitting distanced clones with cantrips.
2. Tempest Cleric - Followed her with inflict wounds/guiding bolt and 2h greatsword (fire).
3. Thief Rogue - Kept nearby to multiattack with duel wield, but also used a bow to take out ranged foes.
4. Gale - Definitely the MVP. Cast witchbolt and it succeeded. No matter how many times she teleported or turned invisible, the witchbolt stayed on her and we could continue to apply damage with it.
Not the best run, but witch bolt was pretty clutch so we knew which one to hit hard and which ones to just do a quick attack.
