Not onyl it is a good game for a lot of people, it is also NOT a "big company" like Bioware.

(I wish sooo mutch Bioware will not have a great success with the next Dragon Age. They don't derserve. )

game might sell 20 million and be as sucessful as elden ring. if you look at larian studio the games they made failed up until DOS1 which was somewhat sucessful and then DOS2 was a massive sucess and BG3 even more.. we might be looking at a studio which will become like from software and continue to deliver massively unique games with huge sale numbers.

It is like making a new command and conquer that recons command and conquer 4 well staying true to the orignal games.
It would sell on name alone.
Or neverwinter nights 3.
Or dragon age 4.

Every game they've ever released has released unfinished and buggy only to get a Definitive Edition patch a year later, stop pretending Larian is the second coming of Christ when all they did was release a perfect Act 1 (again) get a ton of positive reviews (again) and then pull the rug out from under players (again) with a buggy and unfinished Act 3 (again)

Greatly looking forward to when they patch back in the rest of the cut content (again) so I can do a third playthrough and really enjoy the final portions of these storylines.

The real achievements is actually having those numbers without any DRM.

The game is literally available to play for free very easily.

I wanted to own it at GOG and bought it there first. But the game wouldn't install and froze at 92%.

It's a big problem over there and none of the solutions worked. So I refunded it and bought it here.

Give me a break. BG3 quality at release is far above DOS1 and DOS2.
