Can´t talk to Withers anymore.

I reached wyrm's crossing now. But i cannot talk to withers anymore and respec. Is it a bug or is i blocked for the moment. I already tried to play from a save where it was still possible but the same happened again. When my curser is on him the symbol for talking shows up but my char only stands there and does nothing.

Found the root of the problem. When you have Arabella in your camp and you said that her Parents are dead. There will be a conversation between withers and here before you leave for Baldursgate. If you not talk to her and end here quest this way you cannot talk to withers anymore. If you end the quest via talking before Baldursgate to her and withers and she leaves you can talk to withers in act 3.

Same issue, didn't do the Arabella thing before and now it's essentially screwed.

Temporary Solution for me: You can talk to withers in one of the next taverns, second floor. The interaction with Arabelle will play out, then you can reskill again.

First tavern you find in the lower city in baldurs gate, by the Basilisk Gate waymark. Speak to the tavern keeper there and you can rent the upstairs area as it will act as a camp. Speak to Withers there and the Arabella cutscene is gonna play.
