At the bottom of a broken elevator

My party is at the bottom of a broken elevator in the NE corner of the Underdark. Is there a way to fix it from the there? If not, where is the top and how do I get to it?

If you're where I think you are, you need to put one of those anti magic flowers into the fuel thing at the bottom of the tower. It'll turn on the elevator

I'm having the same issue, found no fixes as of now. To clarify because of the message above, we're referring to the elevator in North East corner of the underdark, which leads to the Moonrise Tower.

You are not reading. OP and I are NOT referring to the Arcana Tower.

I believe you are under Waukeen's Rest, at the elevator of the zhentarim. I did not find their hideout (but knew of it from speaking with the dead guard), but I suppose you can only go down from there, but not up.

Edit: there are several entrances to the Underdark. Another is at the Teahouse.

The elevator was there during EA, but it's alright if you didn't find it :)

Yep. That's what this is. You need to come down that way first to unlock that elevator, and then you can use it going up or down. It's just another entrance/exit to the Underdark. You access it via a cave that has a bunch of bandits (I think? I talked a lil ♥♥♥♥ and they became hostile) and traps and breakable bridges.

Turns out you need to be in Grimforge to go to the Moonrise Tower.
The exact location is X 598 Y 382
There's no waypoint on the map until you actually open the gate in front of the elevator... Confusing!

I found the solution! Everybody online kept talking about the Zhentarim Hideout, so I went there and nothing... but the elevator itself is located behind a FAKE WALL! It was driving me insane xD Once you activate it everything works.
