companions talk icon bugged

Iv been playing for over 20 hours and Karlach is my main compaion, but her speech is bugged when ever she has somthing new to say it just gives me her main talking points touching her and her heart. iv tried killing her and resuretion switching her ou the party, evertything. Does anyone know a fixor am I just doomed to never love again.

For me this happens with Shadowheart and Wyll. How I fixed it is to just progress to their companion quests and trigger an event speech between them.
