Circlet of Blasting gives me the spell "Scorching Ray" but it's grey'd out and I can't cast the spell.

I have tried having Just it equipped on my Wizard, it won't work. I have also tried it on all other party members? Any idea why the spell it un-castable?

Have you tried resting to fix it? IT only gives you one per long rest I think.
