You can keep Lae Zel and the dream friendly.

I suggest doing this with LAEZEL in your party as youll need to convince her to stay.

Go inquisitor, dont give him the thing, fight, kill him.

Click on planar thing, talk to queen, do as she says and say youll help her,
go inside the device, talk to the dream alone.

Dont try to kill her, and get her to explain the queens fakery and secrets.

Go back out, and convince laezel to say ( i think its the third option).

You will must not leave the red area or use the statues until u did this or laezel will leave forever.
