Do WILDSHAPE ATTACK count as unarmed?

it will say the name of the attack. if it says unarmed, then its an unarmed attack, but usually animals use a claw weapon or in some cases a "multiattack" option. I dont think it usually counts as unarmed, though I don't know why you'd ask, i dont think theres any way to improve a wildshape melee attack though I guess that would be interesting if it worked with tavern brawler or something.

in better systems no, but iirc in 5e it is just up in the air since the developers didn't care to make a full ruleset.

No. the animals use claws/beaks/horns. pretty much no feat is worth getting as circle of the moon druid, just get ability score improvements.
