I'd say full frontal nudity is on the explicit side of things. Not a whole lot of big budget games besides BG3 that do that. Cyberpunk is the only I can name right now.

Isnt it ironic? You can change the apearience of your chars penis and vagina but never use it, while you are unable to edit your weapons, repeatly swinging them :3

What a weird comparison. You can't do anything with any of the purely cosmetic parts of your character not just genitals, because they are there to serve a cosmetic purpose. You can also change your eye color but it won't affect the gameplay.

They are showcased in the game. You just don't see any explicit sexual acts on screen.

Now thats a weird comparison. While you cant use the gentials of our chars at all in the game.. your char is not blind so he/she uses the eye we can customize.

This is the wrong year for this. You might need to wait 20 years longer to get a button to select how explicitly you want to see these scenes in popular PC games.

You can be happy with the customization options you have. Few years ago this would not even have been considered and you would have had to get some mod from shady sites and manually extract them to the game directory, just to be able to take off underwear in your inventory.

With that logic you can argue that player character is in fact capable of using their genitals, since there are romance scenes that take their genitals into account, even if you don't see them being put to use on screen.

there are porn games on steam if you are old enough. this is more like a R rated movie nudity without the explicit sex.
