The Mayrina Solution

I've just start playing after repeating the Dark Urge playthrough because of 'that' event, so I haven't reach Baldur's Gate.

Question.

1. Will you ever going to meet Mayrina again in Baldurs Gate? And how she end up depending on the end of her quest?

I know the end of her quest is not gratifying, there is just no "happily ever after", I just wish there is an option to convince her that she'll do fine.

Bug:

1. Don't kill the hag before he retreat. The quest will bug out, Mayrina will stuck in front of her cage and his dialogue unresolved.

if anyone find it hard to defeat auntie ethel:
1. Tasha's Laugh 35% odds (Gale), 25% odds (Astarion, Arcane Trickster) and Silence.

or you can just throw a void bulb to drag her into the abyss, like I did. Saving my resources and pain in my ass beating her.

Or... you can use the door. Guaranteed to beat her without taking any damage.

And dragging her into the abyss loses you the most important takeaway from this fight. The +1 bonus to any stat of your choice which you only get if you weaken her to almost dead.

I don’t need the +1 or her useless trash.

Killing her that way more gratifying to me personally.

So, do you past Act 2? If so Do you meet mayrina again?

Drop her down the pit and lose the ability to get +1 in any stat

Pushing the hag into the abyss was seriously fun.

I was having trouble on my first fight with her in EA, reloaded and kicked her down the pit on the first move. Totally worth it.
