Lucky feat how does it work?
Can anyone explain how this feat should work?
I took lucky feat for Astarion (assassin rogue) at lvl 4 but not once i have been able to use it.
If if click the lucky icon it just opens an empty tool bar.
I tapped all the lucky reactions on but not getting any pop ups in combat when i make an attack or receive a hit.
First i though it should give my attack rolls an advantage and it should allow me to sneak attack more easily but no. Seems like the feat doesnt work at all.

It's pretty early in the game launch on PC. People are still trying to figure out how most of it works, unless you read the DnD 5th edition Rulebook to at least have an idea how it works (since the game will obviously play a bit different with the rules), you might have to wait a bit longer. But I am curious as well

It is a very useful ability in combat. If you fail an attack, you can reroll it using a luck point. If an attack against you is successful, you can reroll it using a luck point.

If you roll a 1 it rerolls it

"adventage on attack roll" gives you two dice. But when you attack, it works like you will roll the first one, and if it failed, the luck feat react and start to roll the second.

It seems no adventage tag on the character, so can't trigger sneak attack.

I tried it too, but felt sad about the result.

fwiw, I think the feat might be broken. Or at least in my playthrough it is. I'm about to get hit, it pops up as an option to make the attacker re-roll, attacker doesn't reroll and just still hits me, but my luck point is gone. I especially noticed it when crits weren't rerolling, which is usually what I saved it for. Might be worth waiting for a few patches to pick up this feat.

I use lucky a lot in TT cause it turns disadvantage into super mega advantage but I haven't messed with it in bg3 yet.

It seems to not work properly in BG3, from what I've seen. Have another playing using it in a co-op game and I don't think I ever saw it make an attack miss, although it has made an enemy attack reroll into a crit more than once.

Came here to ask the same thing. Trying to get Astarion to use it to give himself advantage but nothing comes up when you click the Lucky tab. Guess it's a bug?

I tried lucky for like 20m on multiplayer, and my results were this: Enemy crit, made them reroll, they crit anyways. Happened again, so I saved it to reroll an attack. Crit miss, reroll, crit miss anyways. Withers, take this garbage away!

well mine keep failing and not working at all, not once has it been successful

It does what it says. Works if you're transformed as a druid. It will give you your points back after a long rest.

Set it to prompt you instead of automatically going. Then you can chose when to use it.

Lucky works as intended except it also gives enemies advantage if you reroll their attack, and it's supposed to do the opposite.

It does NOT give advantage. What it does is allow a reroll of a dice. It's a do over not a choose the best. Rolled a 15 and need a 16 if you choose to reroll its exactly that. You could potentially roll a 1 and get a critical failure. Reroll an enemy dice and the opposite is true, they could get a critical success. Not all luck is good, it does give you a chance.
