"toggle info" keybind

does anyone know what the toggle info keybind does?
also "expand tooltips" doesn't seem to do anything, and online articles say its to highlight lootable objects, but thats the "show item labels" bind

I'm not sure about the toggle info keybind. I would also like to find out.

The expand tooltips keybind is bound to the same key as show item labels. when you hover over a skill or item that has a big mouseover info window, you can press it to show the entire tooltip which you would otherwise only see if you press T or change the setting to always show the entire tooltip.
