It's completely empty after she leaves to talk to the dragon rider

check one of your other characters (probably MC) for a backpack that has all her items in it

Thank you, I completely missed that. I thought my game was soft locked

I don't like that it does that, but I assume it's because one of the options may have her leave your party for good? I haven't fully explored all of those dialogue options yet. Lucky for me I popped a strength potion so I did not discover the disappearing bag incident someone else mentioned.
