i play as the devil horns one sorcerer, 12m dark vision but i thought more about using it on my mele caracters that might not see anything.
Light you can cast on an object, and then throw that object wherever you want it. Or cast it on the melee character who is most likely to be right next to the monsters, in melee range.
The Daylight spell is situationally good, but I almost never find a use for Dancing Lights.
True, but then you're using up a ring slot just to get light.
Gets minor illusion instead, I think it's worth a ring slot. It all depend on how many cantrips are available.
Impossible to ramble up every combination.
True strike is good on a warlock since warlock deals damage on enemy turn and not its own.
Its all situational depending on if you want or need X cantrips. You could have them all and there be nothing to speak of.
If you stand in fire are you not enlightened?
Same thing as with pickpocketing ring as an example that gives you -1 charisma...when you use it. it's literally just a busy work, tedium stat that does nothing mechanically.
Or how you have to recast Shillelagh every 10 turns for some reason again turns into a tedium spell cos most fights end before that 10 turn.
definitely not worth gazzilion busy work recasts players will have to do just so on a rare edge case the fight will last longer than 10 turns
