Toy chest questions

i have the tiny toy chest thing i can add stuff into it but cant open it back up. if i put the chest in another empty chest the empty chest says the number of items , is there a way to open it?

I just found the toy chest myself. I wasn't able to open it at all either. Any ideas?

I put quest items in there like a moron and I ended up with no choice but to smash it with a hammer. It broke and I got my stuff.

Just a PSA. Be careful around smoking barrals in Inventory. I have accidently put stuff in while trying to swap items around. You can't get them back and when exploding the barral I didn't get the Great Axe + 1 back (I did get the 2nd item, a book back in the debris. Haven't done intensive testing because THATS NOT MY JOB).

It's your job to pay attention to what you're doing. "I put my stuff in a fire, and it got burned" is the expected outcome.

any update on the toy chest? the bigger chest apeared when u touch the toy chest and the bigger chest contents are only a scroll of something and a few gold and a gnoll ears wtf lol

tried casting light , throwing it and touching it. same effect a bigger chest appears and the lousy contents

so what im getting is that the small toy chest is just the key (casting light on it) for the large harper chest to pop up in case you dont pass the perception checks
