Iron Throne NPCs

So i'm trying to save people in the Iron throne but once i free them they aren't moving. Anyone else got to Iron Throne and having same issues?

How do save the Duke? I tried going to the prison, Gortash pops up and said if I continue he'll blow up the prison. I kill Gortash first, but then everyone still dies?

I found what is the problem, the effect that they have is not increasing their movement speed just makes it 0

i had someone with some boots that have dimension door just teleport him away before the spiders could kill him. he only stayed down one round, and was able to rush back to the ship the next turn.

I faced the same problem. After 24 hours of trying, found only 1 solution. Unfortunately, I had to use Cheat Engine and a cheat table found on the Internet. I managed to save everyone with the help of a cheat for infinite action, unlimited movement and spell slots to get everyone to the submarine with the help of a Dimension door(spell). Alas, I could not find a way to pass this bugged quest without cheats

Super annoying bug. Guess people are only just getting upto this part recently so they aren't aware lots of people can't complete it. Hopefully it's fixed ASAP.

Banned from where ? This is a single-player game, not an online service. Steam is a marketplace, not an anti-cheat program.

Just confirmed that the fix was not included in Hotfix#3. Really sucks I have to pause my first character's story progression yet again. :( This side quest is the last one I want to do before confronting the last one of dead three, and I've been avoiding to play my first char for a while due to the bug.

I mean I'm okay if prisoners get killed for a certain reason as a consequence of delaying but I need to know if that's the case or not! And them standing still certainly implies otherwise haha

I decided to go back to the first time you visit the Iron Throne (it's bugged the 2nd time you go there). Lost 6 hours of progress. But I got it done properly in the end.

i tried using the trainer and do the same as you did but couldnt teleport them inside the sub becoz the hatch is closed

Maybe it (prisoners not moving) has something to do with a player going there for a second time (my case). Like I had to turn back when I saw Gortash message while approaching the prison for the 1st time. Then I went to pick up the quest from gondians and returned to the prison for the second time. Gortash got pissed and triggered the explosions. Afaik the brute force way is always the same, but it could be that if you don't do it 1st time, it would get bugged.
Just speculation though.

they all ran for me, 3 didn't make it out but that was due to bad strategy by me, I shoulda sent a faster char to the right passage
