Stuck at Oubliette

Hi there i am stuck(cant go further) at oubliette under the moonrise towers prison. I can see behind the glass thingie theres npc chop and intellect devourer but cant go there. Any advice how can i go there.

You have to go to the roof. There was a hole with red light just like in the dungeon

Tried that but ended up in same place as when entering through green hole

there is a membrane next to the glass you can break down. Havens found much out besides that.

So watching a vid. In act "3" it's possible to get into a similar location without disclosing spoilers in Oubliette. In act 2 it's impossible and you'll get there naturally via main story progression since it's locked off until then from what i've seen.

Ok. You guys go to the top top of the tower. Where you fight the bad boi.
And one of the towers there is broken. You can see it red. You jump in there

i was able to misty step one of my characters through the membrane, but then couldnt replicate it a second time. i caught an auto-save just after so i can explore and asve scum if needed, i came here to try to find another entrance to link my party up but now it seems like maybe im not supposed to be here yet(Im right at the end of shars gauntlet and am trying to tie up loose ends xD

My whole party did this and went down and killed boss but now quest is stuck at confront keterick and never been to top of tower and npcs spawned by throne, tried going up and it's empty, nothing to do there but stuck in a turn based mode, however one quest says to move to baldurs gate, another says to confront keterick, he's dead though so, I guess just move on with quest

In the bottom of the cave, after the encounter with the creatures that attack us, there is a wall that can be used as a ladder. I used jump to make it appear (it seems buggy). I hope it can help you.

I was able to Misty Step through the glass wall holding the liquid back. I was also able to dimension door out. but other than that no enterance or exit was possible I haven't defeated thorm yet you have to stand as close to the water/wall in the corner oposite the entrance to misty step in. its also eqaully precarious to dimension door out
