Explore Ruins-Withers bugged

So I explored the ruins but not to the hidden room, since I lacked the lockpicking tools the first try. Withers appeared in my camp nevertheless. Now I wanted to explore the ruins to the end, to finish the quest- but cannot. A little research said, talk to Withers by interacting with the sarcophag, but Withers won´t appear -since he is already in my camp. I am happy that I can use Withers, but I cant finish the quest *frustrating*. Anyone any Idea how to fix this bug?

The quest is bugged but you can still validate it.
Here's how to do it

1-Click the button and defeat all the monsters

2- Enter the room, the log update is triggered.

3-Go to the camp where you will find Withered, west of the camp behind the gate.
Talk to him.

4-Leaving the camp

5- Click on the plate just below the sarcophagus, the journal should update.

6- Go back to the camp and talk again with Withered There should be a new dialogue option on the plate.
The quest should complete normally.

This really worked! you need to open the west doors at your camp and talk with him!

Withers just appeared in my camp as well so i think the same thing happened to me
