This game, man.
I looked at other videos now and in those the clouds can be exploded and disappear. In my game they explode and remain. I cannot progress.
The best way to get to the hag after that, methodically, is to detonate the clouds and then disarm the gas trap before it detonates again. You'll take a bit of fire damage, but if you time it right and avoid the snaring traps (need good perception) you can get down decently enough.
I will say though - as someone who killed the Hag in my early access run just before launch - if you are struggling with her minions you'll probably struggle with her a lot more.
Edit: You can also just stack jumping improvements on your party with the right spells/items/abilities, or you can maybe even just try mass antidotes (that would be rough though).
Edit 2: Regarding the guards - I recommend getting the high ground ASAP and just doing what you can to focus them one at a time.
Place an object on top of their vent.
Oh yeah, the object fix is also nice, though then you need to carry enough objects down there (not many in the zone as far as I recall).
Easy way:
If you kill the hag upstairs, it is real easy. You can AoE her when she's invisible. You only have a round or two to kill her though, so hit her hard and pop off all of your powerful stuff.
Good luck with the Hag fight, that's a lot more difficult than those four guys.
Edit: oh sorry you meant the 4 masked guys. They always made their wisdom checks and passed a turn for me. Also Wylls Familiar went in first and directly blocked the guy from getting to high ground.
I don't see any vents? I've carefully scanned the entire cloud with my mouse, no vent appears.
but clouds: you can jump over them, place object on vents if you can spot them and exploding traps - you can shoot them to explode
