Accessability question - Remote Play for touchscreens?

How well does the UI lend itself to, say, a tablet on remote play? I have a severe repetitive stress injury in my hands, but I'd still like to play. Controller user, mouse and keyboard use, these are not possible for me due to the speed I'd accumulate pain.

Does this game work well if played on a touchscreen, in terms of the number of taps and strokes?

Hey I'm late seeing this but I was searching around. Did you ever find out a decent solution. It would be amazing to do remote play on the tablet as I have disability issues as well
