This is pretty common for CRPGs these days.

Loading times to start the game, or loading times in-game?

Loading times were really bad for me in DX11. They are a lot more tolerable in Vulcan.

Loading times are fine for me, just because it's an SSD it could be a crap one. like one without an cache

On my opinion the loading time is good compare to other games. Remember Skyrim for example before having a mod/soluce for that.

I have an SSD. Loading time is fine for me, at most around 5 seconds I think. There are factors that could affect loading times, not just your SSD.

Is that SSD internal or an external plug-in? External SSDs are limited by the data transfer speed of their connection.

I actually have top tier m.2 nvme ssd and it does indeed take quite some time to load, usually in games it is several seconds on this drive, here it is about 30-40? I didn't really count, but it is noticably long-ish.

Look up cacheless SSDs you ignorant fool. They are known to be as slow as HDDs are even slower at times.

Not having any problems on loading times.....a few lag spikes here and there but
nothing like some other games out there.

One can tell that some of you people never had a Commodore 64, and kept a book by the computer to read while waiting on the 1541 to finish loading the next side of the disk.

The load times don't seem long to me, but then I'm old enough to remember when we had real load times measured in minutes.
