How to filter out female/male hair style when creating a male/female character?

There is just so much hair option (yet tbh not that much different "whole style") That it's kind fo a hassle to have to go through all the female hair when creating a badass male

or having balding option when creating female character.

Can we filter them out when selecting the sex? or body type

really there are not that many options plus most work for both male and female except a couple..

they could at least add a filter based on short/medium/long hair

Even my GF had struggled to chose a hairstyle for her female character. It's not just about male character creation
