Larian said bg3 warlock pact blade get extra attack on 5
You get extra beams of eldritch blast as you level. I think it should hit 2 at 5 and 3 at 11, that's how the it normally is in 5e at least.

I figured it out guys I think? Idk if it's intended but if I take Another weapon, and bind it to me, not the one you summon. It gives me the extra attack.

I am only level 4, but I am curious now.

FYI: warlocks get to choose between three pacts. The pact of the blade offers a second attack at level 5, similar to war priests.

They are not the only ones to get extra attack. Monks for as well. And so do warlocks as long as they are using their pact weapon. I'm not playing a warlocks in bg3 so it would be worth checking to see if you need to be wielding a specific weapon to get extra attack.

Pact of the Chain also doesn't work. The tooltip reads that my Imp gets an extra attack only when I summon it. After it attacks once, the tooltip goes back to normal and the Imp only gets 1 attack per turn.

The pact of the blade extra attack is working, the problem is that there is a bug where after a long rest, your pact weapon will stop having the pact tag, so it will not have the extra attack, also you will lose the charisma proficency with the weapon because of this bug.

Its annoying, but the workaround is to reinvoke your pact weapon after every long rest.

That's normal. Eldritch Knights have to do the same thing with Bond Weapon. It's temporary.

IIRC
  • Fighters get extra attacks at 5 and again at 11 and 20.
  • Barbarians, Rangers, Paladins, Monks, War Domain Clerics, Sword Bards and Pact of the Blade Warlocks get an extra attack at 5th level.
