I hope you warmed up before that stretch!
Too much knowledge ( of useless things like this certainly ) does not make one happier. Ignorance is bliss....millions upon millions of movie watchers and gamers do not recognize this scream and take it for just what it is ..a scream.
Everything can be a YOU problem if you want to silence criticism.
Thanks for the input, though. Hugs and kisses. XxXxX

lol, this really got me for some reason. thanks.
It's a less than 1-second audio clip of a character screaming that plays once during the game that you're playing or the movie that you're watching, and you let it bother you so much that you want to complain about it, when most people either don't care, have a "aha" moment, or don't even notice it. It's literally a non-issue and a fun-thing for the creative people that make these medias and for each other to spot it.
Is there anything else that you'd like to complain about?
You're the one doing the most complaining here. My friend, people are going to criticise things that you don't have an issue with. It's going to happen often in life. The earlier you learn to deal with that reality, the better for you in the long run.
This thread would have been dead already if you didn't keep coming back to complain that someone doesn't like something that you don't care about.
Now is there anything else that you want to bellyache over?
Now being immersed in games and movies is "unhealthy immersion" and "treating digital media like it's a second life".
When you go full nonsensical to try and discredit someone's opinions. Jesus wept.
I get it, I felt the same way about Halo: Infinite, I HATED it ever since they announced it. The difference is, I turned out to be justified.
Baldur's Gate isn't going to be fueled by microtransactions and FOMO, and it's not going to degrade into stale slop.
You're not going to convince anyone that a 1 second long audio bite is even remotely as bad as anything we see in AAA games on the regular.
Nobody expects the world to agree with them. You're welcome for me dismantling your strawman for you.
Let me know if you have any other strawmen you want dismantled. :)
