Acquiring Hag Hair is Impossibly BUGGED

I've tried multiple reloads and trying things many different ways, but every time I get Auntie Ethel to low health, succeed my intimidation check to also save the pregnant woman, and am given the hag hair, the reward screen is completely glitched out where it continues combat with the charmed minions but the hair reward popup is buggy looking on the screen. I can't click off of it and I can't even pull up the pause menu. The only thing that fixes it is quitting and restarting the whole game. GAME BREAKING BUG. They never fixed the bugs around this scene since early-access. The sad part is: With a little finagling I got it to work like it should in early access but in full release, I don't see any way to get it to work correctly.

Yo just quicksave and quickload no need to ALTF4

The game is bugged in two ways. The menu pops up after the conversation ends because you need to choose, but since you don't have the item, whatever you choose doesn't take affect. Reloading, the menu will pop up again and you can choose. You are not done yet ,now find the hair in the inventory and click on it. You will know it works if in the character sheet you see a "+1 Aunti Ethels Hair" when hovering your mouse over the stat.

This worked for me. Press F5 to quick save, then Alt-F4 to close. Reload save and it was fine.

For those that this resolved the issue for: did it also end the combat with the remaining masked folks? Reloading clears the dialog box issue for me, but the combat is still running. :/ I went through quite a bit to avoid knocking these folks out...

Quicksave when the bugged out menu appears, reload and then choose the boon, go into inventory and double click on auntie ethel's hair and you're good to go

On the reward screen, quicksave, then while on the screen, quickload. That fix it for me.
