"Save Mayrina" Bug

Fix the bugs with this quest already. These bugs were found back in 2020. The quest is impossible to finish. If Ethel is killed in the house, Mayrina just stands after the dialog in the last room. Ethel can be invisible in the last room. After Ethel's death, Mayrina may refuse to speak at all. The coffin continues to remain under a magical barrier.
Why are the bugs from 2020 still in the game?

It worked fine here for us. We beat it back in the beta and we Just beat It yesterday. It was really interesting actually because the first time we played the quest completely differently so it kept things fresh

For me, the only way to complete this quest is to kill Mayrina. And after using talk to the dead on Ethel, I can endlessly farm the relationship with Gale. The dialog with Mayrina ends, but then it can be started again, and again, and again....

Yes same bug. Yes you can kill the hag, if you have good dice and preamptly strike before she transforms

Why this bug is even in the final version of the game ?
I wanted to kill her bofre she escpaces and without that stupid dialog ( I mean its not stupid but it makes things harder ) and I fianaly managed that but then it occurs that I can't complete the quest becuase of that purple stupid thing on the coffin won't disappear

I managed to kill her again after that dialouge and without her espcaing, no bug
This is so stupid, wasted time but like whatever ... just minor setback

I killed the hag in 1 round she didn't even get more than 1 red cap of reinforcements (pass without trace op). However Mayrina was just angry at me for ruining her chances and I told her to deal with it. After the horrors my rogue saw in that basement I don't need to know anything except that hag needs to be dead.

My issue is I can't talk to Mayrina after the quest is finished (to finish the final objective tied to the wand)

As I understand it Ethel must be spoken to, and only then killed (or not, it's your game). If you attack her without talking to her and kill her in the house, we catch this bug.

I got the same one too. Killed ethel in the house while stunlocking her to ♥♥♥♥. Another thing tho, i accidentally hit Mayrina with the initial fireball to get ethel out of stealth and Mayrina went out the door screaming. Either way, Mayrina was still in the hut, won't talk to me and the barrier is still around her husband's coffin, so i cant ress him

Same bug here. Came here after doing goblin/grove questline so level 4 with some good items. Hag went invisible, knocked her out of stealth with burning hands and then killed her with a couple of crits from the Ilithid powers.

When I get down to Mayrina she just is stuck in a dialog loop of being pissed and nothing progresses.

Killing her ends the questline ...but don't want to do that, so reloaded an old Quicksave. Wasted 30 min but there you go.

Edit: I realized the cause of this bug was because she was ensnared, so after she teleports behind the fireplace she couldn't run down the stairs.

Can't finish the quest without killing Mayrina if you kill the hag at the shack. I hope they fix this.
