the shadow curse still damage
Same issue and no one can give me an answer
Howdy peeps I hope this finds you well and you've found a solution by now, but for everyone that hasn't found the solution yet and stumble across this
**Use a default torch, later in the game ***spoiler territory*** you'll have an opportunity to get a working on. Until then, torches, or spells that generate light around you are fine
In my playthrough, I quickly met a spider-man-drow, killed him and took his lantern. So I didn't notice any super strong shadow curse areas
What's funny is I have the opposite problem. I came in overland and was pretty chewed up when I stumbled across them. Didn't know how vital said bad guys were, so when I was given the opportunity to nope out, I took it... and evidently soft-locked myself because there's apparently no second chance or second option to get a moonlamp. For what it's worth, I stumbled across them at the ambush site, but I hadn't met the folks who'd help conduct said ambush yet so I had no idea.
Shadowheart is immune to the curse, so bringing her along for healing if necessary can help until you get a solution.
