This game force you to use your creativity when the odds aren't in your favor, so there is always a way to win :)
If she's on the webs you can destroy them to deal massive fall damage to her, one fall can take off as much as 1/3rd of her healthbar.
grease+fire or create water +twinned chromatic orb is your friend here
you'll miss out on a caster robe off the big Beerch's corpse. really good for a poison build.
stealth on, turn based combat on, opened up by destroying webs she was standing on, while she was still in the air - ranged stealth attacks, when she finally fell down, enemies were surprised, so another round of attacks and she died in the next round
