Get on PC or wait for PS5?

Ive been trying to quit pc gaming but being a big fantasy/rpg guy this game looks big ♥♥♥♥. My pc hasnt been upgraded since 2017. I have 32gb ram, 2 1080ti, and ryzen 7 1800x so Ill have to run on lower settings, plus my ps5 is hooked up to a 4k tv. Also the question of whether a controller will work for this type of game is also there.

Help me out please. Does it make more sense to just get on pc for controls but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance or just wait for ps5 and maybe controller isnt that bad for this type of game?

If you like keyboard/mouse, upgrade your computer is best thing when you had money for it. PC desktop is better than anything, if you do stay place for long time, unless you moved lot ,or travel lot, then PC laptop or steam desk (I personal do not test it on this game on steam desk)

Honestly, yeah, Sell the PS5, upgrade your PC. Im playing it at 2k with a 2060 Super and a i7-9700 with 16gb ram, so you dont need brand new parts... you can upgrade cheap but effective. Also, you can play PS games on PC with PS version of gamepass (whatever theyre calling it) so its really not worth having a PS5 IMO, but I get that people love em, and certain games are only on there and all that. Its a tough choice, theres just so much more freedom and variety on PC and consoles are too expensive for what little they offer.

I can't imagine playing this on a controller tbh. Mouse definitely is nice and required imho

Controller works great, just as with Divinity OS2. I run a 1070, a deck, and I tought about double dipping, but I'm not sure the game will run at a locked 60 fps on the PS5 either.
