Elevator Not Working In Gauntlet of Shar

Maybe spoilers: After collecting the Umbral Gems I went to place one in the slot for the elevator. It goes in fine but then I’m not able to use it no matter what I do. Does anyone know why this isn’t working and if there is anything I can do or am I ♥♥♥♥♥♥

I'm having issues getting the 4th gem, i completed the three trials and obviously unlocked the entrance with the shar statue but idk what i'm missing

You get 3 gems from the trials and 1 from fighting the devil that Raphael tells you about before going in.

Currently stuck with the same issue. Trying to reload and run through again but still seems that I can't use the elevator down to use the 3 gems.

anyone figure this out i also have the bug the altar has 2 gems and I have 3 in my inventory but the elevator does not work.

Same issue here. I'm been fking so lost for about 3 hours now. The elevator wont go down. Even shadowheart is tellign me we have all the gems. Is this some stupid game breaking bug? Click on the Transervel Gem Also doesn't do anything.

holy ♥♥♥♥ i figured it out.
You gotta click on the purple things on the actual elevator. My game didn't show them as clickable at all. And you gotta click it with whoever has the rest of the umbral gems in their inventory. Hope this helps some of yall.

Yup, just worked for me. They were not clickable at all last night. If anyone is still having the same issue, try restarting your computer - apparently that has worked for some. I had tried new saves and restarting the game, but not the entire computer. Wasted hours. Lol

Tried everything above and finally fixed it by tossing the gems on the ground and picking them back up as Shadowheart, was able to click the gems on the elevator (not the one closest to the altar, which does nothing).

I 'm having same issue. I tried everythind but can't move elevator. When can you fix this??

I just had this bug and found a fix that worked for me. If you quick teleport to a different location and back to shar's gauntlet, then the traversal gem on the platform will work.

I can confirm, tried everything which didn't work at first, but after dropping the gems and picking them back up i was able to click the traversel gem ON THE PLATFORM!!! Whenever i would click the one NOT on the platform, i couldn't click the other one anymore.

So drop all 3 Umbral gems, pick them back up and then head straight for the traversel gem on the platform without clicking the other one, hope that helps, drove me crazy.
