Shadowheart's approval rating disappeared

I think the title says it all. Has anyone else had this happen during act 1? It seems like it would fit her character, she was just starting to like me. All of my other NPC's have approval ratings, hers is just gone.

Yes. It is with other companions as well. It seems to be triggered when these companions are sent back to camp and then when returned to the party their approval rating status is just gone compared to the other two companions in the party. Hopefully it is just a visual bug that gets patched and doesn't impact that companion's approval rating.

UPDATE: Found a reddit post about the same issue during early access. Try simply making a new save file and then simply load the new save file. It solved the issue on my end. Below is a link to that post.

Can confirm that loading a new save file worked and the approval rating did not seem to take a hit. (was fair, still fair.) However, I am now stuck with the artifact, and not sure if that impacts the story with Shadowheart. She did not seem to disapprove when it was inspected...let's see how it continues.

Okay I also had this and maybe you're in the same boat as me, but in my case it was the "friend" spell. At mid difficulty strangers don't get approval penalties but it seems your party members still do. She has plenty of opportunities to cast it, which is what i had been doing. She.... does not like being charmed
