Still unable to loot corpses

I don't know what the issue is, I've uninstalled and re-downloaded 4 times now and on every single playthrough I am unable to loot corpses. Gives me the option to, but when I "loot", it just plays a sound. Doesn't even open my/their inventory. Unable to obtain Elaborate Key, Pod Key, etc. Even Commander Zhalk @ the Helm dropped nothing. I'm so frustrated. Is there anything I can do?

Ah yeah, just delete your save files, uninstall then reinstall the game. Should be good to go :thumb:

Did you remember to clear out old mods ? Even if disabled,doesn’t work always, delete them
Remove your early access saves if still have

Does right clicking context menu pop-up. You can loot that way.

This is also happening in my latest save since the bug fixes this morning. I can't get loot from Commander Zhalk no matter what character I have try to loot and multiple reloads and doing the fight over multiple times. Also all characters inventories are deleted upon leaving the helm. The loot is there in Zhalk's corpse and the pop up says I picked up the items but the items don't move and can't be equipped.
