NPCs don't react to nudity?

My heroine runs around naked everywhere, like a green forest nymph from the first Witcher, but no one pays attention to this, no one praises her wonderful breasts, no one looks at her juicy ass, no one asks to cover her shame, children do not blush, men are not excited... WHY??? Even in The Legend of Zelda, NPCs react to the hero without clothes.

No one in the game reacts to nudity. Flaming Fist don't seem to care about public indecency laws. No one bats an eye. Just for ♥♥♥♥♥ n giggles, I had Tav walk around naked as the day he was born throughout the city, went into shops, ... nobody said anything.

Like "no shirts, no shoes, hell no fecking clothes, no service". Nobody says anything or cares.

Bg3 itself will age like milk. In 20 years from now people will still praise bg1 and2 and bg3 will be looked at in disgust and people will also themselves wtf was wrong in 2023

Lol. My one dude ran around in Lae'zel's underwear or naked because I found it hilarious.

You'd think they'd at least react to Haarlep's little ensemble, but no. These little details are one of my quibbles with the game. Naked bard in Baldur's gate playing a flute ... zero reaction other than the gold the NPCs threw.

Because full nudity was probably added late in development to appeal to...whoever video game nudity is supposed to appeal to and retrofitting the game to respond to that would have taken significantly more dev time than value generated.

Even Skyrim had people notice my dudes running around in their shreddies.

Look, people don't react to your appearance, period.

You can run around in a clown outfit. They say nothing. There's great youtoob videos of people wandering around BGC in all kinds of ridiculous clothing.
Yep, covered in blood? Nobody even offers you soap and water. "How was your most recent bloodbath, sir?"
Those black veins and bulgy eyes? Just for you to look at, but nobody comments on them. "Sir, you appear to be turning into an illithid, can you get the f**k out of my shop?"

It's just not something coded for.

I do find this to be somewhat comedic in dialogue scenes though where they are thanking me for being such a kind person and then it cuts to me in a power pose covered in blood.

That's neat. I just sold the soap I found lol. I imagine my character has some major swamp ass now.

LOL His post sounded like he was looking for a game that gave him some type of reactions based on his pawn being nude, having nice breasts or whatever and he seemed disappointed that npc's just ignored him so I was pointing him to some mods for a game that give the reactions and comments he seems to be looking for because vanilla BG3 is not a game where the companions / npc's react to what you wear or dont wear.

He mentioned his character runs around nude everywhere but nobody in the game cares like he is doing the nude thing just to see some type of reactions from npc's or for npc's to praise his pawns nude body. The Skyrim mods I suggested will give him all of those reactions and praises plus a whole lot more.

They do now, or at least Gale does. I found an amusing vid on youtube of Gale commenting on Shadowheart's lack of attire. lol
