Sadly they only work for single-player, and don't add more slots for human players like the equivalent mod in Divinity OS2 did. That doesn't sound like an issue for you, and I'm definitely not shamelessly bumping/hijacking this topic to see if anyone is working on a multiplayer one, no sirree.
Even on tactician, the most party members youre gonna want to gave is 6. Any more than 6 and the game becomes completely broken with how easy it is
If you want a sweet spot I think 5 party members is where its at, if you play on tactician the 1 extra party member is a huge help but won't be game breaking, unless you're specifically power gaming.
A few things I've noticed with 7 party members, you get a LOT more dialog out of everyone but since so many people are trying to bang me now, its day 5 and ive yet to ♥♥♥♥ anyone and I think its because I have 3 PCs trying to smash at once and the game gets confused.
When it comes to all other dialog ive gotten a max of 4 party members to join a conversation at once.
Great for RP, great if you need extra help, but if youre trying to romance your party members id stick to one at a time with the party mod
