"No Resources" Issue

I can't use one-action consumable or items such as the Hag's wand or flasks of water/oil! The game tells me I'm out of action resources even when I am most certainly not. The worst part is it consumes the action to select it then refuses to let me use the item. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you're in Turn Based mode rather than "live" mode.

When in combat or TB mode you have limited actions per turn

I think you misunderstand, its making me take two actions in turnbased mode to do a 1 action option, such as throwing a flask of water. Unless your saying those should be impossible to do outside of tun-based which I highly doubt. I understand how the action economy works, this is a bug.

is bug, throwing bottles can only be done from the inventory. I can't use Hag's wand in combat
