spoilers for later on in the game, but i'm currently in the temple of shar trying to find the relic for balthazar. i've completed all three trials but i'm still missing one of the gems, has anyone gotten past this part yet and knows what i could be missing?

Same issue here, even reloaded to before reaching the place, did everything again. Still nothing. Would love to hear a solution or a developers response.

Having same issue, my self-same trial allows me to cut my hand over and over again but doesn't seem to ever complete and give me the gem, i've killed all my mirror people think it's bricked

I have all three gems. One of them have been slotted in the altar to activate the elevator, then I need another three gems to open the door down there, so I'm missing one.
I don't know if there's something I missed (but where ?) or if it's bugged. Running around for hours now, no clue.

Literally thought the same thing happened to me - I had already found out about the other orb by pure chance. Turned out since one of the mirrors was right up against the rocks the orb dropped and was completely hidden by view - spent at least 60 minutes trying to find it.

Thank god for the alt key and for pure dumb luck I managed to take a look there for the third time.

Feel like an idiot, the first trial I did while controlling Shadowheart so the Orb was in her inventory, spent like 2 hours searching for the last one and thinking I had bricked my save
